I dont rate and/or review restaurants often. But some establishments strike a chord in my heart. First of all the dining area was tip top, Nicely decorated, and incredibly clean. Their service was second to none Really! We were greeted immediately. They were attentive and expedient throughout our stay. We got our meals within 20 minutes during lunch rush. And the food! Without a doubt one of the best meals Ive had in recent memory. I was very impressed not only for how they treated us but how they treated one another. This is a family oriented place with great vibes and great food. Ill b a regular for sure . And i live 3 hours away
Where do I start? The menu was tiny with not alot of choices. Ordered the chicken taco salad and my wife ordered a beef burrito both were flavorless and way too greasy. I've had better Mexican at Taco Bell. Heck Tack John's across the street from this place has better food. Next the service was horrible. Waitress took our order brought our drinks and food then completely ignored us until she brought the check. Waked by us 3
times and never once asked if we wanted refills. Young girl long brown hair glasses and facial piercings. Receipt said Carole and yes the service was so bad I'm calling her out. They were too preoccupied with closing and we got there at 6:30pm on a Sunday. I am still seething at how horrible our experience was. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time or money here.
We were camping at a state park nearby and wanted to go out for our last night. We thought this place was good! A lot of low reviews but we decided to try it out since the most recent review was positive.
The server was very friendly and prompt, the food came out hot and fresh without scalding plates that the kids would burn their hands on. Chips were average. Salsa was just the right amount of spicy.
Our meals were tasty and just how we ordered them. They were very accommodating to a few changes on our meals and the house margaritas were huge!
It was clean and comfortable with good food and service....not sure what else you could ask for in a small town .
For a small town this was the best choice. I tried a few other restaurants while working in Lamar but this was the best of them. It was okay, I got a burrito and there wasn't anything amazing about it not to complain about. The salsa with the chips were really good.
Walked into this establishment and wondered around looking for an empty table. There were 5, all filled with dirty dishes. Waited for someone to "act" like they wanted to serve me. They said.. take a seat... Ha Ha. I don't sit at dirty tables! Waited, Waited, does anybody work anymore? Then I finally was directed to a table. Then I ordered.. I should of walked.
